Default Muz vs Natwest advice please?

Hi all, looking for advice really.

Sent my first request for statement copies in August via Email to Michael Duncan RBSicon which I promptly recieved. I worked out I am owed £3115.00.
I sent my request for repayment via email to the same address on 07/10/06 and recieved a reply in post on 10/10/06 saying how the bank cannot agree with my comments about unlawful charges bla bla bla, and that "The bank reviewed the report prepared by the Office of Fair Trading" bla bla bla.The letter ended with an address for Group Litigation Department RBS Group to send my court papers.

Is this them saying bring it on or an automatic reply?

Whats my next step? Is it to send lbaicon?

feel a bit worried so any help greatly accepted!

    Thans

Hey Alf think thats all I needed to hear!! Thank you

lbaicon just emailed to Michael Duncan RBS! He seems to be quite high up in RBS Michael.duncan@rbs.co.uk

Has any one else used email as their primary contact? I have so far found it to be quite a speedy response time.

Latest reply was from Andy Sinden, who is he??

    Anymore advice more than welcome!

    Sit and wait now eh?!
