While you are waiting for your statements, pop into the Halifax forums http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk.../halifax-bank/ and read all the longer threads, it will give you an idea of what to expect along the way in terms of responces from Halifax, also start your own thread to say hi and use it to ask any questions you may have about Halifax and your claim and keep it updated, it is much easier to help someone if we can see where they are with their claim!
