Thread: Ricky Vs Natwest <<<HELP>>>

I've started the claim through moneyclaim and had a confirmation letter throught oday stating that the claim started on 10/10/06. The problem is the court on the letter is northampton.... it's bloody miles from Hereford!!!

How does the court get allocated, do I get the chance to move it as I obviously don't want to be travelling to bloody Northampton to got to court!!!

Once Natwest file a defence it will be transferred for allocation to your local court.

I filed mine today on MCOL and vthe court address on mine is Northampton. I live in Bournemouth so I hope Michael is right.
