So i now want to issue a claim for my £4500 in charges. I have been reading up in the forum and clicked onto a link for online claims (moneyclaim.gov.uk) and that site is for Eng and Wales only.
Any ideas what to do now? How do i best approach getting back my charges through the courts.
I want to get the ball rolling at the end of the 14 days.
