Enclosed was my £10 cheque, I got all my last 6 years statements within 10 days.
Make sure you have the parachute account set up and also try and transfer your loan too as they are now using bully tactics to stop people claiming , they will try and close your account and ask for repayment of loan . Just make sure you have something set up before you comence. Then hit them as hard as you can
