    Default getting even v Barclays/Woolwich

I'm new to this but feeling very empowered by reading through the site and learing of everyones success so far!

I'm about to start a cliam for fee's the Woolwich have added to our mortgageicon account (£40 a month for 10 months+) ...
    BUT
We brokered the mortgageicon via Barclaysicon, I approached the Woolwich 1st up to say I wanted the money back but they refer me to Barclays saying I must dispute it with them even though it's the Woolwich that levied the fee's against us..
Can anyone help/confirm who I should be speaking with and disputing the fee's with?

I presumed the Woolwich but they are adament it's barclays!!!

    Thanks everyone....

I would write to the company who issued the mortgageicon Offer which forms the basis of the mortgageicon contract. Whether its The Woolwich or Barclaysicon, it doesn't really matter too much, they will pass it on to the correct department

Preliminary Letter sent to Woolwich 05/06
    LBA sent 19/06
    Court claim filed 04/07 : Total £824.75
    Acknowledgement of Service 27/07
    Defence received 08/08
    AQ filed 11/08
    Barclays AQ filed 05/09
    Hearing date 20/12
    SETTLED IN FULL £840.49: 14/12/06

yeah try starting with the woolwich send your prelim letter asking to refund your money then your L.B.A, letters both allow 14 days each for them to come back to you then after that issue your claim through the county courticon ! letters can be found in the templates libraryicon also read some posts on the mortgageicon companies threads in other institutions they should help you !
