Hi I am new to all this and hope for great results. I passed on the info to my sister who has been successful in reclaiming against Capital One Credit Card and is now in the process of claiming against Ulster Bank. As for me I sent letters to the Northern Bank, Barclaycard, Egg and Tesco Credit cards. Got the usual bumph from Barclaycard re microfiche and have just sent them a second letter along with the £10. Northern Bank stated section 8 of the DPA - disproportionate effort on the part of the bank crap, so I sent them another letter and the £10 and am hoping for the best?? As for egg and Tesco C C no reply as yet. Will keep you all informed tho.
