    Default letter from allaince

    i have recieved back a letter today saying that the bank charges are fair and that i cannot claim then because they are only for credit cards! I sent my premlin letter with a list of charges what do i do next? and what do i send to them?

    You send them a lbaicon 14 days after your prelim letter!, thats what they all say, expecting the same thing any day.

    Yes, even if they write to you in the meantime, you need to be able to prove tot he court that you gave them every opportunity to settle your dispute.

    I will keep an eye on your thread and let you now how i go on with mine.

    I take it your aware they will close your account at some point?
