Thread: RBoS Visa

I have asked the branch today (couldn't send a letter as they will not issue me with a cheque book! ) for my last 6 years of statements.

I also have a GOLD VISA with them but I'm unsure of any charges on that.

Do I have to send off another request for that account?

And is the process/addresses etc similiar to claiming back charges on my bank account?
