Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Are you saying that the date for Woolwick to respond passed today? If so, and they haven't even acknowledged your summons (if they have they get another 14 days), then you should bang in a default judgment as soon as possible.
Once you have a judgment - they owe you the money and will have to pay unless they can persuade a judge that there is good reason for the judgment to be set aside!
Definitely don't give them any more time - you're only giving the Woolwich more time to enter a defence!
All the best

Filled in the A/Q form today (Sunday 15th Oct) no problems there, wondering if we can claim the £100 cost back? Taking it straight to the Court tomorrow morning. I'v spent nearly all day reading threads and trying to catch up on other banks/ credit card companies so really tired now.
Just opened a really expensive bottle of wine (which I was saving) given to me by my F1 boss, so now going to sit back enjoy and relax.
