Default Bit of advice needed pls

I posted the message below on 5/10 but I guess it got lost... hence the new thread (soz )I'm still waiting for these missing statements...
    *drums fingers* !!

    OLD MESSAGE:

    Hi folks

I am still waiting for the five months missing statements, should I go ahead and send the spreadsheet with the penalty charges that I know about to date and then send any others later? In the covering letter I could add a paragraph to this effect, or do you think would that complicate things? Thanks.

    Hi there,
have the 40 days elapsed? there is a template in the forum for SARicon non-complience to send, I used this and got the missing statements quite quickly.
You can find them here - http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...html#post38561

I believe you can also send the prelim letter stating that it is an estimate of charges and will be updated when the requested SARicon is fully complied with. I think you have to wait for the 40 days to have elapsed though?

    Good luck!
