This is in the letter as they tried to justify there ridiculous charges by saying they had to manually intervene..i would not get into an argument with them just yet over it, keep to the normal process and see what happens first..

Yes I will proceed as normal. In case it's needed though I'm trying to think of the best way to explain 'manual intervention'
from the template:
"Additionally where there has been any event in my account history over this period which has required manual intervention by any member of your staff or any other person, I require disclosure of any indication or notes which have either caused or resulted in that manual intervention or other evidence of that manual intervention in relation to my business with you."
Perhaps instead this could be.....
"I am requesting a list of charges. Please indicate instances where those charges required manual intervention and administration by a member of staff or other person and provide evidence for it"
