    Received a letter from the court:

    Upon the courts own initiative

    IT IS ORDERED THAT

    Claim be Stayed and to be referred to district judge dudley in box work on 23rd October 2006.

    What does this mean exactly?

    hi mine has been stayed as well it means that no decision will be made about your case until Dudley has looked at it.

    Yes you can apply to have the stay removed but this cost £35 which you can not claim back.
