Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Seems a daft question, but what exactly is a charge.
I get hit with interest every time I go over my agreed limit but I don't see any charge as such. Is the charge included within the interest? I am with RBS.
I have looked over and over through the forums but can't seem to nail this down!
Penalty charges are overlimit fees unpaid cheques, standing orders, direct debits, referral fees. Does that help. Welcome to the CAG and if you start on the FAQ's and then the RBS successes it should makes things clearer.
