    Default Court order for cases to potentially be heard together

    The judge in my case is considering whether to choose 'a few test cases, or may direct that some cases be heard together'.

    He has ordered RBOS to disclose whether they have other same or similar cases in his court or elsewhere. He has also asked the RBOS 'What track is suitable and why?'

    Has anyone else received this?
