Hi since i sent the first letter Natwesticon have not applied a single charge despite the odd 'sin' on my part, has anyone else expereinced this? I take it as proof that they are runing scared.

I am currently waitng for their response to the court application.

    Wising up?
Just had a glance at my bank account... Charges continue to be applied on a regular basis despite the account being in dispute... That shall raise a new claim...

Ahh just checked online today and the B***** have taken £60 down as a 'referral charge' mangaed to get half of it back and will slap the rest onto the claim. They have also said there will be a £"* charge at the end of Oct and one at the end on Nov.
