Could the £7.31 be charges for overdrafticon use?
Yes the £20 can be reclaimed, but doubt the rest.

Not certain what you mean by overdrafticon use? Please do explain. Interest has been charged seperately.

    The 7.31 varies monthly ~ 3.00 ~ 4.66 ~ 3.64 etc etc

I am looking into whether royalties Gold works like Advantage Gold. I think it does but need confirmation on this from RBSicon claimers

My daughter also banks with Natwesticon where she had an ADV Gold account so I am familiar with their charges.

However with RBOS ~ the account goes back to the year 2000 and as I have explained some charges which have no description I am trying to understand why they have been applied.

    Year 2000: e.g. Chg to 06Jul ~ £3: Chg to 6Sep ~ £4.66: Chg to 06Nov ~ £4.40

    Year 2001: e.g. Chg to 06Jun ` £7.31: Chg to 06Jul ~ £9.06: Chg to 06Aug ~ £5.84

It's not a nice round figure ~ Appears to be an interesticon charge ~ but in each instance there is also a seperate interest charge: e.g INT to 06Aug ~ £6.35

    Any suggestions?

all I can suggest is phone the bank and ask, they should be able to tell you! Penalty charges are usually higher and round amounts eg £28, £30, £38 if that helps xx

We had a Royalities Gold account and there is a service fee each month for just having the account, think this was about £12, but as the last couple of years on our claim was after we cancelled the royalities subscription I couldn't tell you the current fee. £20 might be about right, this fee is not claimable as it is payment for the services on the account. We were also charged an "unauthorised overdrafticon fee" in any month we had gone over our overdraft limit. This currently stands at £28 per month, but I can probably get the earlier rates from our statements if you need them. You need to check the statements, as well as the normal sheets each month we used to get a separate slip with the "maintenance charges" listed on it. You need to check which part of the monthly fee charged was for the service charge on the account and which part was for an unauthorised overdraft fee.
We never got as far as court action as they coughed up at the lbaicon stage so didn't claim the interest just the flat fees. We claimed for fees relating to cheques/payments bounced ie not paid and card misuse fees, when the payment cleared but as we went over the limit we were charged. The fees are £35 and £38 currently. Plus any referral fees and the monthly unauthorised overdraft fees.
Just for your info we had an offer after our LBA but not the full amount. I wrote back and said I felt the amount was too low to settle. I pointed out that if they paid up now they could avoid me claiming the court fees and interest. I made it clear this was their last chance and that i was serious about proceeding to court after 7 days.
Got the full settlement on the 6th day  .
    Good Luck!!!!!!

Btw I am no expert just give notes based on what I have read on here and other forums/sites, plus my own experiences and investigations.

All ccj's now dropped off file, 2 yrs to go to clear file.
All old debts either settled or made unenforcable.

    Looking into PPI claims now.

This is included on the calculation spreadsheet on the right hand side where it says Interest Date & Interest Charged.

The larger of the two account charges will be made up of the claimable charges for the month and your royalties payment. This will need to be split to find out your claimable amount. If the account is Royalties, this is currently charged at £6 so £14 of this is claimable/

This second one is likely to be what RBSicon call "loanguard" and is payment protection of your overdrafticon. If your daughter doesn't have overdraft, then claim it back as well.

    Hope that helps.......
