Got a question guys & girls - I did see somewhere on this site that someone avoided having to split their claims up for a Bank of Scotland claim (as limit in Scotland is £750) by using their Halifax brand name instead - How do I go about doing this also???

P.S. Still no sign of my statements yet - hopefully they'll arrive soon!!

I have my mortgage with BOS - The terms state that they will be governed by the law of the country the house is in so I will be filing at my local county court if required.
