Hi, after asking for £1165 back from Nationwide, on behalf of my son, I received a letter stating that £410 had been refunded into his account. I sent a letter demanding the full amount, and they replied saying '.....has exceeded the amounts they should have refunded.....unable to refund the remainder'
Has anyone had a similar experience, and if so, did they have any success by going down the legal route and taking court action?
