hi everyone i'm planning on claimimg back charges on 2 of my BOS accounts. I sent the letter off last week requesting my statements and they sent back my cheque which was very nice of them lol so just waiting for the statements to arrive will keep you's updated.
Also my other a/c which i'm planning on claiming against once i've got a little more information on what to do. I have a student a/c with a £2000 overdraft limit on it which i live in. i'm planning on arranging another a/c to get my student bursery etc into incase they freeze my a/c but would they insist i pay my overdraft first?? as you can imagine i don't have £2000 to spare . If i find out they wont make me pay it back i'll proced with that a/c also huge thanks in advance
