The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I have printed out the first letter requesting bank stats today and intend to send it with ten pound cheque tommorow made out to the nat west. A little unsure about this at this stage but i shall have a go. Iam self employed and over the last six years the Natwest have not been at all kind, i seem to remember lots of things called referal charges can these be claimed for? dave
one thing i forgott to mention is that mine is a business account with Natwest, iam a sole trader does this make things more trouble than they are worth as i read on one thread that manager of bank contacted them and told them to sling there hook as these accounts are different. is there any one who has won with a business account?.
