Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
From reading a number of threads, I see that the majority of claims have to start court proceedings and last minute banks pay up. I sent my prelim on friday which is 2 weeks and lba is 2 weeks so approx how long after lba do you usually win, if you go on the bank only paying out day before hearing.
RBS are going nuts at the mo, I don't think anyone can work them out . They settled over £6,000 with someone lately before they even filed a claim. With others they are waiting for Court dates and with others it looks like they'll string it out to the last minute. I wonder which you'll be!
Good luck honey, any advice you need just SHOUT!!!
