    Dear Forum

    I am writing to introduce myself to you.

    We have have had a great result from Alliance & Leicester recently £5318.56 returned fro unfair bank charges.

    We are in the process of reclaiming from Abbeyicon who yesterday put in a defence and offered us exactly half of the £8126 (inc interesticon) that we are claiming. Not sure what to do next, could we have some advice.

    Hi continue with your claim as planned you will recieve an AQ fill it out and return it to the court. Just wait then to see what they do. Its a common scare tactic to enter a defenceicon we all know it will never see the inside of a court room. good luck.
