Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Can anyone please point me in the right direction? I am baffled by all this technology and can't find the form(s) I'm looking for!
Backgound to my situation is that I have sent letters to the A+L requesting re-imbursement of the charges applied to my account. They have sent my bank transaction details over the past 6 years at a cost of £10, but have since refused to pay back the charges (£2000+ and rising) saying that they are fair.
Now, this all sounds like their standard practice so I want to now do the court action bit. However, I can't fathom how to calculate the interest, I also can't figure out if I should submit the online Money claim on line, or do the hard copy N1.
If I do need the N1 where can I download it from apart from the link that I've found in the threads on this site as it only shows me a blank document.
