after the first stage of asking (the owe me £345.18) they refunded £80. that is not good enough so i have sent out a "letter before action" stating that if they dont refund it all i will take them to court. lets see how they like a CCJ against them!!!
if this works i will be rich!!!
Abbey, Lloyds, natwest, Halifax and HSBC will all owe me in excess of £3000!!!
if i get it all back i will write to them all individually and personally thank them for helping me to by my dream car (suburu impreza)
