Hi there i have 2 accounts with BOS should i send both letters requesting refund of charges at the same time or just send one to see how i get on first? Also i have sent them to my branch as i couldn't see a HQ address on the forum should i send it elsewhere?

your best sending two letters, as if you put both account claims on one letter you will go over the £750 small claims limit. So just act as if they are two completely different cases, which to some extent they are.
