Has anybody received a letter which basically says we are currently investigating your complaint enclosing "Our Commitment to You" document? Or is it just my luck mine is going to be more difficult??
Sounds pretty standard reply to first letter but go and have a read about in the MBNA forums for a better idea of how they handle these claims....from memory they pay out quite early on and if you ask may even add contractual interest to your claim for you.
