I sent my DPA letters to BOS for 2 accounts i hold with them and they waived the £10 charges for both of them for statements have now totalled them up and sent the initial letter asking for a refund i emailed a letter and also sent a letter rec del to the branch as i wasn't sure who to send it to but as long as it gets there i'm not worried they now have 14 days to reply..........
BOS current account £520 charges plus default removed
BOS card account £879 but as in Scotland am only claiming £700
