    Default Hello I'm a little confused

    Hello
    I have just recieved a few bank charges, I've really struggled this year! I was told about your website through a friend.
    I have a few questions, how do I get hold of my last 6 yearsicon bank statements, I bank online can I do it this way? I bank with Lloydsicon Tsb and I pay a fee of £7 per month which I think is quite cheeky considering they have taken charges from me. Will they take my bank account from me if I proceed with legal action?
    I will read all of the information, I'm struggling to navigate around the website, is there sample letters that I can look at?

    I'm getting the hang of it now. I'm just about to send the Data Protection subject request letter off. I've just copied and pasted it in word and added my detail. The bit in bold on the letter where it says Data Protection etc... Do I leave this on? Cheers
