    Question Pinecooler Vs Woolwich

    Right things seem to be moving along well. I sent my SARicon on the 4th September, recieved info of charges back for both my current accounts just waiting for mortgageicon accounts. Going to send my first prelim request for £735, In scotland so very lucky one account is less than £750 to make things easier.

    Just wanted to confirm before i send this, all of the £735 is made up of £3/day daily charges for being over my agreed averdraft limit, can i reclaim these?

    Anything thats constitutes a penalty charge you can reclaim ! £3 per day for being overdrawn i would say is a penalty so yes i would claim them !

    Eventually got my prelim sent and recieved a reply today dated the 13th saying they were dealing with my request and had a load of bumpf with it regarding the procedure so bring on the 27th so i can send my lbaicon

    Realise it sbeen a while but thats me finally filed my small claims so will just have to sit and wait for a while. Still waiting on charge information for my mortgageicon really need to chase that up.

    Got the court papers back at the weekend:

    Return date 22nd February
    Hearing Date 2 March



    Thats awfull far off is it not?

    I know the hearing date is normally a good couple of months but i thought the return date was normally a couple of weeks after issue of teh summons or am i getting myself confused?

    Got my summons delivery notice today and I've got the 1st March, seems like it's usual.

    18/11/2006 Recieved Statements from Barclays.
    20/11/2006 Sent Prelim for return of £575.
    27/11/2006 Received offer of £290.
    4/12/2006 Sent LBA.
    8/1/2007 Filed Small Claim at court.
    12/02/2007 Full settlemant from Barclay's.
    12/02/2007 LBA sent to Mint.
