Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Well, I have sent my letter to them and I am now awaiting the arrival of my statements so I can start claiming.
A&L do what I call a double whammy - You go OD, they will take £25 from you, if you remain O/D for a total of 5 days, they take a further £25 from you. Was not too impressed when I heard this from them today.
They then say that one can avoid the extra £25 by balancing the account when they damn well know that they have taken your remaining wages through the stupid fine system.
I am looking forward to gaining this from them.
Another thing I noticed, as well as taking £50 from me, they have also charged me an OD fee for the month, how much do they need to take!
Any ideas!
Don't let the mods see you using the st*** word, they'll edit you soon as look at you - if you don't get in and edit it yourself first!
But seriously, it could be deemed libellous - so try not to let yourself get too carried away, the stinkers ain't worth it!
