Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Bank Charges over the last 6 years- Other banks experts needed
I have had a idea for a thread for ages about bank charges throughout many years because it will help everyone on the threads for each bank. I have been doing research on BarclaysHSBC HBOS and Lloyds TSB(the latter due to introduce new charges policy soon from what I have read). I have NatWest Bank sorted I think and have posted the info on the thread. I would love to post on every thread, not just the four I have mentioned, but I have no real practical knowledge, so can I ask if any Bank Workers or Winners on the various threads would be prepared to do this. I'm sure if a guide to charges, as different banks have differents terminolory for charges and different amounts over the last 6 years at least, it would help enormously. And for the winners this guide would have helped you enormously work out what you were owed. If you are not wanting to post on the individual bank's forum, I don't mind, but I would be posting without real first hand knowledge. Thanks in advance.
