Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
On my BOS bank statements I have "charges as notified". is this enough when filling out the first letter, or do I have to be more specific, ie overdraft limit exceeded etc.
Secondly, I have a BOS account, but I am based in London. Does that mean, if it comes to it, I'll have to go through the English courts or the Scottish courts?
You can just put "charges as notified" in the spreadsheet, I did and so did lots of others. You can choose to go through the english or Scots system but is probably easiest/ best for you to go through English system! Hope this helps!
