Mailed my bank - RBOS and asked to refund of bank charges. Recieved a letter yesterday saying that they did not see them as being illegal and in the T&C signed. I went to the Moneyclaim website to register for action and found Scotland was not listed
I've been trying to get my charges back from RBS also. Today I'm filing my small claims at court. However, before you proceed to this stage, I suggest you send them the "Stage 2" to give them another chance to pay up.
