Basic Account Holder
I am having problems with HSBC Premier investment management service. HSBC have over contributed to my ISA within the PIMS by an automatic payment. I have been told that this error has occurred with many customers but I am having great difficulty in getting HSBC to correct their error. Has anyone else had problems with HSBC PIMS? It was very lucky that I spotted the error as although HSBC were aware of the problem they did not point it out to me. The PIMS statements are over 100 pages and the customer is expected to check for any errors! The Premier investment management service is a very complicated product and I am wondering if anyone else has had any problems with this service?
