I was just reading my old documents and it seems my loan was with Annoyance and pester personal finance LTD. My current account and mortgage with Annoyance and pester PLC. Do I have to sue them seperately as they are different companies?
If they are indeed different companies it is cleaner to sue them individually. That way they cannot lodge a defence of "not me gov" which could cost you time and money.
