Hi,
Can anyone help us. We are attempting to complete a claim form on line, and are filling in the particulars as per template. The online form only allows us 1080 characters over 24 lines and the template is around 1600 characters over many more than 24 lines. Have anyone else had this problem? If so, how do you get over it without deleting important information?
Is it better to complete the hard copies in the Small Claims Pack and deliver them in person to your local Small Claims Court.
please help, this is very frustrating.

HAVE YOU BEEN TREATED UNFAIRLY BY CREDITORS OR DCA's?
YOU CAN NOW COMPLAIN TO THE OFT ABOUT THEIR CONDUCT UNDER THE CONSUMER PROTECTION FROM UNFAIR TRADING REGULATIONS 2008.
Thank you so much. This has been a great help, and we may lodge our claim in person instead of via the internet. We will be allowed more wordage if we do it in person. But thanks anyway, and thanks for the good will, it really helps.
