Thread: DPA fee

Hi, could someone please tell me what the postal order for the data protection request has to be paid to...

I made my cheque payable to Barclays PLC trading as Woolwich
but they sent it back uncashed anyhow!

Can you get a refund on an uncashed postal order? Woolwich don't seem to be taking the fee from anyone.

as a goodwill gesture they return our cheques check with your local post office surely there has to be some way of getting your money back !
