Looking for a wee bit of reassurance. I filed my moneyclaim online on the 8th of Sep and it was deemed served on the 13th. I am trying to claim back over £2500. The bank have filed an intent to defend which I know is normal as my mum has just been through the process and claimed back over £4000. The thing is my mum is now at the same stage as me on her other BOS account and everyone seems to say that the 2nd account is quicker but Mum has had nothing so far. With her last claim it took 7 days from when she filed her mc, thats almost 3 weeks this time. I wonder if this is because the bank is much busier now or does anyone have any other ideas? I am seriously worried that they may start defending in court tho it doesnt look that way judging by what everyone else is saying here. Sorry to go on but I'm just a tad stressed about it all.

God how weird was that. Just finished my last post and got a phonecall from my Mum to say BOS was on the phone offering her £700 (she's claiming over £2000). She obviously grabbed this fantastic offer with both hands . No seriously she told them she'd see them in court. Hopefully wont come to that.
