I have a Barclays Credit Card and I have had loads and loads of late payment fees and over limit fees applied to it. Can I claim these back. I dont know how much it will come to but it would be a fair amount.
Do I follow the same rules as when you are applying to the bank (Innocenti V Halifax)?
