Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Sent SAR to Barclaycard in june and got the standard micro argument back again.
Sent alanfrom Derby template letter stating the smith vs lloyd case and received a response from BC saying that case fully supports Bcard decision!!! Clearly i have made a mistake somewhere!!
I have basically sat on their response and not done anything since mid July however i really would like to send them a letter with estimated charges which I have calcullated to be £880 can someone give me some advice on what letter to send, would I just use the standard lba template? also do I still need to send a schedule of charges??
Really appreicate some advice as I want my money back!!!!!
Did they refuse your SAR request or did you send a pelim letter and they replied and that is what you have sat on since then?
Just clarify pls and then i can help you
Thanks
