    Question Any advice folks?

    Im currently battling with RBOS to claim nearly £1700 worth of bank charges. After sending the letter before actionicon they have offered me £994. I admit i was stunned at this offer as i thought that would be me going to court - but its not the full amount.

    Does anyone think i should keep going for the rest or settle on this amount? Im just a little worried about the total i am claiming - does that count as small claims? How long should i give them if i ask again for the rest?



    Any help greatly appreciated!

    Don't take it, well, it's your money, your call.
    I got an offer last week of £1540, turned it down, got an email today offering me the full amount of £2340!

    07/07/09- First Plus PPI - S.A.R sent
    18/07/09- First Plus PPI - S.A.R received
    22/07/09    - First Plus PPI - Initial request sent
