Was on a football forum ysterday, and this response came from a guy who works at bank
in response to me merely puting the link for this site on there:
i work for a major bank and its pretty much down to discretion. to be honest I work with high net worth customers, the bank makes enough money from these customers anyway so refunding isn`t a problem. i very rarely allow a charge to go through, unless they derserve it
not sure what its like in the branches... think if you are a repeat offender then they wont refund you
Ok, so that is high net worth, not many of us fall into that category but the last sentence is quite interesting.
By the way, that football site gets 10,000 visitors every day, plenty of them have logged on here and are sending letters off as well. Hope you don't mind me letting them know !!!!!!!!
