    Can anybody who has been offered a refund by their bank which equates to the difference between 12.00 and the actual charge please post a reply here stating the bank involved.

    Not a bank as such but Capital Oneicon credit card did this on both My hubby and my card. Pursued the full amount after this offer and got the lot refunded.

    Barclaycard payed difference into my account after SARicon - now have ongoing claim for compliance of SARicon as I have never received a thing.

    That is weird, so they still have not met the (Subject access requesticon), How long left of the 40 days ? . Maybe send them a reminder they have xx days left, just to show them you want the information you legally requested.

    Capital Oneicon tried it with me, and Natwesticon have just refunded the difference to my girlfriends CC, and sent a letter with a load of garbage about the OFT report etc, ending in 'we therefore refund the amount of £208 in Full and finalicon settlement of your claim'

    I don't think so somehow!

    Bank of Scotland: Claiming £699.47, SETTLED IN FULL at moneyclaim stage
    Sisters NatWest - Claiming £1056 - SETTLED at AQ stage
    Natwest CC - Claiming £804, SETTLED IN FULL at LBA stage
    GF Natwest - claiming £749.33, moneyclaim filed - SETTLED IN FULL 04/08
    MBNA: Claiming £150 - SETTLED IN FULL at LBA stage
    HSBC: £1014 - SETTLED at LBA stage + pending charges removed
    Sisters HSBC - £300 - SETTLED IN FULL at prelim stage
    Yorkshire bank - claiming £496.68 - SETTLED IN FULL at court date stage.
    Capital One - claiming £605.54 -SETTLED IN FULL

    oh god well out of time issued a claim for non compliance on 11th August
