    Default Just about to claim back unfair bank charges your help is appreciated!

    Hello everyone,

    what a really good site!

    I am in the process of starting to claim back my bank charge what I need to know is can you claim back interest and monthly overdrafticon fees?

    Also were is the calculator which calculates with 8 apr, I can't find it!

    Hi and welcome to the site. Glad you like it. You don't need to calculate 8% on anything yet. Spend some time reading the FAQ's and step by step instructions and looking through the forums libraries. There is a link to the sites spreasheets in the bank templates libraryicon where the letters you will need can be found too. It is worth taking your time so that you understand what you are taking on, as it does lead to court action which obviously is a serious step.

    It is also good fun though, and if there are questions that aren't answered elsewhere, feel free to post them in your thread where you will get lots of support and help.

    When the Liberals and Conservatives were in opposition they both agreed that banks should pay back high bank charges to customers. Nothing seems to of happened since they came into power as a coalition. PPI insurance has been sorted now they should turn their attention to bank charges and help customers get exorbitant charges refunded.
