Ok, this is probably a very dumb question as I've looked around and can't find anyone else that's asked

But how do I cancel the court claim with MCOL now that I've won??

Hi Peachpickle, you can just call the helpline number and tell them that the claim has been paid and you want to close it. I also received a form in the post asking me to tick if the claim had been paid in full or if i wanted to continue.
