Hi, I'm also new to this forum and am just starting a claim to the RBoS. After being recently very unfairly treated by them I decided to look into their conduct in more detail.
I have also received what I consider to be excessive referral charges, like £60 or £90. Are these also reclaimable as unfair penalties?
