    Default Going mad!

    Hi all,

    Can somebody help as i feel i'm going mad here, i am almost possitive i have seen a letter on this site that a poster kindly put on re:- mistake on prelim letter re 8% interesticon & saying basically that this would only be applied for if case went to court.

    Or is it as i fear i have actually gone mad & the men in white suits are on their way with a special jacket just for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    There has been a recent thread about this, I take it you are about to send your lbaicon, if this is the case, send an amended spreadsheet with it and include the correct balance in your letter.

    Not sure what stage you are at, But you only include the 8% when you submitt the claim to court. Up till then it is just your charges !!

    Hi Tomba,

    Due to send out lbaicon this week, so don't want to look a total prat by just changing amounts. Letter that was posted on here was worded brilliant could do with something along those lines.
    Basically said something along lines off only claiming 8% if case went to court.

    Sorry i'm female & don't want to b*lls this up now! even though i probably have already.
