Default Debt entered twice by same company on Credit Report

    Hi All,

I've just recently checked my credit report, and a payday loanicon company have entered the same loan twice on my credit report. The loan has never been passed to a DCAicon, so there is no mix up there and both entries are shown as active. I have defaulted with the fore mentioned loan, interest and charges have been added to one of the loans on my report and not the other. One entry has been entered as a default and not the other, that is simply down as missed payments. The payday loan company have now applied to the court to collect the overdue payment, with all the extortionate charges added. Could i file this i my defence?

    Please help!
