didnt know where to post this as i live in scotland but will soon be living in spain, i recieved a large envelope this morning from tsb and they owe me over £4000 back in charges.
what im not sure about is, can i take tsb to court in england,(as that is the closest court to spain)and claim the full £4000, or as i do my banking in scotland do i have to take it in multiple £750 through the scottish courts.
any help would be very grateful,
